Who runs Is It?

Is It? is free, operated and funded by LunarCrush, Inc., the social data company. We built it because scams now move faster than anyone can keep up with alone, and we already watch what the internet is talking about.

What we promise

• No one can pay to change a verdict. Not advertisers, not partners, not LunarCrush customers.
• No ads, no lead capture, no retargeting. We don't sell "recovery" services or send you to anyone who does.
• We don't sell what you type. Messages you choose to share are used only to warn others, never sold or added to commercial datasets.
• We show our sources and say when we're unsure.

What LunarCrush gets out of it

Reputation, and a public service we're proud of. Is It? uses LunarCrush social data to show what people are talking about; nothing you type flows back into LunarCrush products.
