Is this Amazon order or account email real?

1. Open Amazon's app or type its address yourself. Check Your Orders and your account messages.
2. Use customer service inside your account if you find an unfamiliar order. Do not call the number in the suspicious email.
3. Report the message through Amazon's scam-reporting tools. Contact your card issuer if an unauthorized charge actually appears.
