Is this text about a package or unpaid toll real?

1. Don't tap the link or reply, even to say stop.
2. If you're unsure, open the carrier's or toll agency's official app or type its website yourself and check your account.
3. Forward the text to 7726 (SPAM) to report it to your carrier, then delete it. Your messages app may also have a Report Junk option.
4. Real delivery companies don't text you asking for a fee to redeliver.
