An ad matched something I said. Does that prove my phone is listening?

1. Review microphone permissions and remove access from apps that do not need it.
2. Review advertising and tracking controls in your phone and the apps you use.
3. Limit unnecessary location sharing and browser tracking. Turning off personalized ads reduces some targeting but does not stop all collection.
