Moving savings or handing valuables to a supposed protection agent is a scam.

Stop withdrawals and transfers. Do not hand cash, cards, or valuables to a courier.
Call your bank through your own records and explain the supposed investigation.
In the US, report at IC3.gov or ReportFraud.ftc.gov. If a courier is coming, contact local police and avoid confrontation.

They tell you to hide the transaction from family or bank staff, or claim everyone else is part of the crime.
