Review location sharing in your accounts and apps, not just the phone's GPS switch.

If abuse is possible, use a safer device to plan changes first; stopping sharing may be noticed.
On iPhone, search Settings for Safety Check to review people, apps, and connected devices.
Review Google Location Sharing and other apps you use. Remove unwanted people and check shared accounts and family arrangements.
